How I Work with Leaders

A structured, professional approach designed to create lasting leadership transformation

1

Initial Exploratory Conversation

Every engagement begins with a confidential 30-minute exploratory conversation. This provides an opportunity to discuss objectives, context and expectations, and to determine whether the coaching relationship is the right fit.

2

Tailored Coaching Framework

Following the initial conversation, I design a coaching framework tailored to agreed objectives. Coaching is typically structured as a 6-hour or 12-hour package, delivered over several months to allow time for reflection, integration and sustainable change.

A formal Coaching Contract is issued at this stage, outlining scope, confidentiality and professional standards. Sessions commence once the contract is agreed and signed.

3

Structured Coaching Sessions

Sessions are scheduled every 3–4 weeks and last 60–90 minutes. Each session is purposeful and structured, focused on progressing agreed goals while remaining responsive to emerging priorities.

4

Ongoing & Ad-Hoc Support

At the conclusion of a coaching engagement, leaders may continue with ad-hoc sessions to support specific challenges, transitions, or decision points — without the need for a fixed programme.
